Fourdoun Spa

Fordoun Spa, Hotel and Restaurant is located at Nottingham Road in the picturesque Midlands of KwaZulu-Natal South Africa. It is situated in the green pastures of a successful dairy farm, which has a history dating back to the 1800s. The original farm buildings have been painstakingly adapted into the atmospheric and gracious Fordoun Spa, Hotel and Restaurant, in a fusing of state-of-the-art leisure and spa facilities with the timeless tranquillity of by-gone days.

Fordoun is an oasis of relaxation and sensory bliss, conveniently situated midway between Johannesburg and Durban. It combines the attractions of an award winning upmarket boutique hotel and spa with a top class conference, wedding and event destination and a superior restaurant. Fordoun caters for resident guests of the hotel as well as day visitors during the week at the Spa.

The hotel comprises seventeen luxurious, individually appointed double suites with private verandas, underfloor heating and dream bathrooms, each with bath and shower, and a dressing area. Each room has its own television, and tea/coffee-making facilities. There is also a double suite with wheelchair access and specially adapted bathroom. Despite its luxurious atmosphere, and emphasis on quality, Fordouns rates are surprisingly competitive in relation to similar hydros elsewhere.
